Another month of 10-on-10! While often people complain that they can’t participate in photographing 10-on-10 because their lives are too dull, I find it SO much easier to take beautiful, well-planned photos when I actually have a few moments to think. This 10th was a crazy day for me, basically running around like a chicken with my head cut off.
The 10th was my mom’s birthday, so we started the day with some “early bird” bowling (for the cheap rates!), and it was the kids’ first time. Trust me, it was EXHAUSTING! Managing two kids who were a bit overly excited, all the while carrying the 20+ pound baby on my back and bowling myself. I’m sore today! Then I had two photo shoots in the afternoon. That left me just enough time to rush home, supervise frosting my mom’s cake (with a little “help” from my toddlers–don’t worry, I gave the 3-year-old the clear gel frosting) and host a small little get-together. It was a great time, but whew… this girl needs a break now! Maybe a nap today???
Here’s my day…

Me, bowling with baby on my back since hubby was out of town. My dad was constantly fretting that I might fall down.

and because my 10-on-10s always end with the baby in his crib…
And this month I’m joined by some new faces and old friends:
and new to us, Amy Rhodes!
